We are delighted to be able to offer top quality conference and meeting facilities at Team Northumbria's Coach Lane campus. These facilities are unrivalled within the University so no matter whether you work within the University and require conference facilities or are an external customer looking for a first class venue, you could not make a better choice than Coach Lane.

Due to the fully inclusive nature of our facilities we can tailor the room to your requirements, so no matter whether you need a small private boardroom or a full theatre style seminar room for sixty people, or anything in between, we can accommodate your wishes. We can deliver an appropriate level of service necessary for senior management team meetings or a more informal service for team development days. If you work at the University, we can deliver that "off campus" experience for your staff but offer the convenience of being an internal service provider.

Once your booking has been made, as part of our customer service we assign a member of staff to liaise directly with you leading up to and through to the completion of your event. This personal contact can deal with any queries or additional requirements, including any catering needs that you may have.
What do I do now?
The first thing to do is contact us to establish the availability for your chosen date(s). Once availability has been confirmed, we will need to confirm your requirements in order that we might make the necessary arrangements for any additional services you may require, for example, catering or sports.
Rest assured, anything required from external partners will be organised by us, and we will ensure only the best levels of service are provided. We are well used to working with the University's Catering Services who have always provided an excellent, full service.

Catering Prices
Prices are as per the University catering menu but to take the stress out of choosing individual items why not let us do that for you. We have tried and tested packages ranging from £10 - £15 per head and we recommend our Healthy Option, "5-a-day" fruit and veg packages, created in conjunction with the University's Catering Services. We are happy to talk through possible menus and advise as necessary.
